Vice Chancellor Joseph recognized for family-friendly workplace

Bernice Joseph was among those recognized by the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø North Star Borough’s Early Childhood Development Commission for her efforts to help employees balance work and family responsibilities.

The commission created the award in part because a family-friendly philosophy creates a more productive work environment and greater employee loyalty and morale. It can also contribute to families raising children that become students and citizens.
