Poole recognized for promoting a family friendly workplace

Jake Poole was among those recognized by the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø North Star Borough's Early
Childhood Development Commission for his efforts to help employees balance work
and family responsibilities. The commission created the award in part because a "family
friendly" philosophy creates a more productive work environment and greater employee
loyalty and morale. It can also contribute to families raising children that become
students and citizens.
