Lundgren honored as UAF business leader of the year

The ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø School of Management will honor Steve Lundgren as its 41st business leader of the year during a dinner and award ceremony at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, in the Westmark ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Hotel’s Gold Room.
Steve Lundgren is president and CEO of Denali State Bank, a locally owned community bank. Lundgren's career in the financial services industry is a success story spanning more than three decades, during which he has served the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø business community as an advisor, mentor and influencer. He is nationally recognized for his leadership.
An ardent proponent of education, Lundgren serves on the UAF Advocacy Committee. He has a long history of supporting the military, and in 2000 he was awarded the Greater ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Chamber of Commerce Jim Messer Award for championing military and community relationships.
