UAF faculty are invited to participate in an Indigenous studies teaching and research forum Friday, Feb. 16, from 9 a.m.-noon in the Gathering Room of the Harper Building, 4180 Geist Road, in ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø. The event is hosted by Vice Chancellor for Rural, Community and Native Education Evon Peter. Attendees will:

  • share and learn about one another’s Indigenous studies teaching and research,

  • build relationships among faculty focused on Indigenous studies teaching and research, and

  • learn about travel support funds for faculty to participate at conferences related to their Indigenous studies teaching or research.


The forum will be limited to 35 participants. Register .
